On May 29, 2019, the three sessions of the Governing Council of the New Energy and Electrical Appliances Alliance were solemnly held at the International Guidu Hotel in Shanghai. Liu Changsheng, Executive Vice President of China Electrical Appliance Industry Association, Li Baoshan, Vice President of China Renewable Energy Society, and Guo Haomin, Director of Personnel and Education Department of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission were invited to attend. 120 delegates from 81 governing units of the New Energy and Electrical Appliances Alliance, and more than 200 professional audiences including leaders, experts, power companies, new energy investment companies, energy companies, photovoltaic power generation companies and other industries of renewable energy power generation system industry and low voltage electrical appliances industry jointly attended the grand meeting. At the opening ceremony of the conference, Mr. Guo Haomin, Director of Personnel and Education Department of Shanghai Science and Technology Commission, Mr. Guo Zhenyan, Secretary-General of China Electrical Appliance Industry Association, and Mr. Li Baoshan, Vice-Director of China Renewable Energy Society, made speeches on behalf of Shanghai Economic and Credit Commission (Comprehensive Planning Office), China Electrical Appliance Industry Association and China Renewable Energy Society, respectively, highly affirming the establishment of the New Energy Electrical Appliances Union. All the work we have done will guide the future development of the alliance. Subsequently, Yang Wenbin, deputy general manager of Shanghai Electric Power and Electronics Co., Ltd., made a welcome speech, thanking the organizers for providing an opportunity to participate in the interactive exchange between the two major industries of new energy and electrical appliances, and wishing the "Council Conference of New Energy and Electrical Appliances Alliance" in 2019 a complete success.
Next, Yin Tian, President of Shanghai Institute of Electrical Appliance Science and Director of New Energy Electrical Union, delivered an important speech: "New Energy Electrical Union" was founded one year ago. With the joint efforts of the governing units of the alliance, it will help enterprises in the industry to better understand the latest technology, industry and standards of renewable energy and electrical industry, and promote exchanges between the two industries. Good results have been achieved in scientific research, innovative technology and the application of new low-voltage electrical appliances in new energy systems and technological development. It is hoped that the Alliance Secretariat, on the basis of fully understanding the needs of the Alliance's governing bodies, will enhance its innovation awareness, keep pace with the times, rally the consensus and joint efforts of the members of the Alliance, serve the common interests of the two industries, and create a win-win technological innovation platform with cooperation in production, learning, research, Finance and utilization.

After the opening ceremony, Zhang Yuqing, Secretary-General of the New Energy and Electrical Appliances Alliance, read out the "Decision on the Recognition of Advanced Governing Units and Advanced Individuals of the Alliance for the Period 2018-2019". Twenty-five governing units such as Beijing People's Electrical Appliances Factory Co., Ltd. were awarded the title of "Advanced Governing Units of the Alliance for the Period 2018-2019".

Liu Wanli and 10 other comrades were awarded the title of "Advanced Individual of the Alliance in 2018-2019". Next, Zhang Yuqing, Secretary-General of the New Energy and Electrical Appliances Alliance, made a "Summary Report of Alliance Work in 2018".
